Contract Management Forms
Through the procuring of electricity generation, the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) establishes and manages contracts with a wide range of suppliers.
As part of the contract management process, suppliers submit notification of significant events or other information relating to the project through a standard set of forms. All forms relating to this process can be found in the list below.
If a form requires a signature, please ensure it belongs to one of the following:
- the company representative
- a notice contact, or
- an authorized signatory of the corporation.
These forms are regularly reviewed and updated, so please download the relevant form for each submission to ensure you are using the most recent version. Please email all completed forms in PDF format to the email address(es) as listed on each form.
