August 23 SAC meeting reminder

As a reminder, a Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting will take place August 23 in downtown Toronto. The Agenda for the meeting is available on the SAC webpage with meeting materials to follow.
Agenda items will invite input and discussion on a number of IESO initiatives and business items. The IESO is also pleased to welcome Michael Cleland, Senior Fellow with the Positive Energy Project at the University of Ottawa. Mr. Cleland will speak about the research paper entitled System Under Stress: Energy Decision-Making in Canada and the Need for Informed Reform and invite discussion from attendees to support the University’s efforts to determine how to strengthen public confidence in energy decision-making.
The meeting is open to all interested parties and is being held in downtown Toronto from 9:00 am (registration opens at 8:30 am) to 12:00 pm. To register, send an email to engagement@ieso.ca indicating whether you would like to attend the SAC meeting in person or participate via teleconference.
