This engagement update provides a snapshot of all active IESO engagement activities and is updated on a monthly basis. It helps support a greater understanding of linkages between engagements, and a foundation for more comprehensive and integrated updates.
The IESO will present findings from a recent voltage study in Northern Ontario, sharing important insights and recommendations for the region's energy infrastructure.
The IESO will provide an information session to provide a high-level preliminary overview of the 2023 Annual Planning Outlook (APO) and the resource adequacy needs informing the IESO's subsequent procurements, as well as key considerations in planning for Ontario's Energy Transition.
The IESO will provide an update on emerging system reliability needs and how upcoming cadenced procurements will help to competitively acquire energy and capacity to meet those needs. In addition, the IESO will present on the upcoming LT2 RFP, providing a high-level overview of the expected procurement design, revenue model, and deliverability considerations.

refinements to the market power mitigation market rules, market manuals and workbooks as a result of input from external stakeholders during reference level consultations, solution development and alignment between these documents and newly published market rules and market manuals,
updates to Market Renewal reports since the schedule of samples and schemas was published in June 2023, and
settlement design updates, calculation examples, and a summary of feedback received from stakeholders following the September 2023 engagement webinar.
