- What is Articulate / Reach 360?
Articulate / Reach 360 is our current vendor that brings the e-modules to you. It is a platform for workplace learning that distributes training directly to external learners. - What does the IESO Academy offer and what can I expect?
The modules consist of content that is important knowledge for market participants The. The course modules are optional and free of charge for the IESO Academy users. The courses are independently created by the IESO. - Which browsers are supported?
You can view IESO Academy training on any devices that support the browsers listed below. This includes mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Android-enabled phones and tablets. Note that you have JavaScript as well as font downloads enabled.

- How is the course delivered?
Once you are registered, and sign-in, you simply click the link of the module of your choice. Each course starts with a tutorial explaining how to effectively navigate the course content.
There is a Notes tab that you can access during the course that has all of the slide content in text form. There is also a Resources tab will have links to relevant documentation that can be reviewed. - How long will it take to complete one of the e-learning courses?
The duration of each course will vary, and some courses may have multiple modules. The estimated time will be included in the details of the module in Reach 360. - What if I am having connection issues?
If you are experiencing connection issues it may due to your internet connection bandwidth size or congestion. We recommend that you access the e-learning modules where you can enjoy adequate internet bandwidth. - Will the IESO be monitoring course progress or utilizing registration data?
The organization, the name of the individual, the course title and the user’s progress information will be captured by the IESO and may be used by various entities within the IESO, respecting the privacy guidelines. - What if I would like to register or if I have a question or concerns regarding the course content?

The IESO Academy adds to the current training portfolio. The IESO will continue to offer instructor led courses. - Do I need to complete skill checks?
No, you don’t, however, your course will not be marked complete until you have successfully completed the skill check(s). Also, if the course offers a certificate, you won’t be able to receive it until you successfully completed the skill checks. - Will I be able to review the skill checks once I complete them?
Yes. click the review quiz button on the screen. - How long will my course progress information be stored in the system (Reach 360)?
Your course progress information will be stored as long as the e-learning modules are active. - Is there a time limit to complete the courses?
No, there is no time limit to complete the courses. - How will I be alerted when new courses are added?
As new courses are added you may be alerted via email or by regularly visiting the IESO Academy page to see if new courses are listed.
