Welcome Marni Dicker and Chris Fletcher to the IESO’s Board of Directors

The IESO is pleased to welcome Marni Dicker and Chris Fletcher to its Board of Directors.
With distinguished careers as leaders in their respective fields, Marni and Chris bring deep, complementary expertise in corporate governance, infrastructure development and organizational transformation. They join the Board of Directors at a pivotal moment, as the IESO drives and guides the sector through significant change and continues building a future-ready electricity system to support new growth across Ontario.
Marni, in her dual role as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, Infrastructure, for the Canadian Premier League, oversees legal strategy, corporate governance, risk management and compliance. She also leads infrastructure planning and expansion strategy. Previously, she held senior roles at Infrastructure Ontario, where she led legal and commercial oversight for major infrastructure and venue development projects. She is rejoining the Board of Directors after having previously served from 2023 to mid-2025.
Chris is a former Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he spent 20 years supporting premier retail and consumer goods organizations across Canada, the U.S. and globally, most commonly in the design and execution of multi-year performance improvement programs.
The IESO looks forward to working with Marni and Chris to ensure a prosperous energy future in Ontario.
