New IESO Enterprise Service Management System for Customer Inquiries

The IESO will be implementing a new enterprise service management system to improve the way we manage customer inquiries. The implementation will start at 5:00 p.m. on October 24 and carry through to the morning of October 27. During this time, customers are still welcome to submit questions to IESOCustomerRelations@ieso.ca. If you submit a question and do not receive a notification that an inquiry ticket has been created, please notify IESOCustomerRelations@ieso.ca.
