IESO Annual Report Now Available

As the transformation of Ontario’s electricity system and market continues to gain momentum, the IESO is taking the necessary steps to prepare for the future while meeting today’s requirements. Its latest annual report sets out how the IESO worked with partners from across the sector to advance a number of key projects and initiatives throughout the year.
The IESO remains focused on delivering value and results. In addition to the financial statements, the report describes some of the outcomes it achieved in the areas of resource adequacy, market renewal, decarbonization, stakeholder and community engagement, and innovation, among others. These efforts help ensure Ontarians’ energy needs are met in the most cost-effective manner while supporting reliability and sustainability.
