Technical Panel Determination

The Technical Panel is requesting feedback on the following market rule amendment package:
MR-00447-R00: CMSC Recovery from Dispatchable Loads. The proposed amendment enables the IESO to recover from dispatchable loads CMSC payments that are a result of actions taken to prevent endangering the safety of any person, equipment damage, or violation of any applicable law (SEAL).
Stakeholders can provide comments by emailing engagement@ieso.ca by February 4. The amendment is posted on the proposed market rule amendment webpage.
