Technical Panel market rule amendment determinations

The Technical Panel is requesting feedback on market rule amendment proposal: MR-00446-R00-R05 – Implementation of the Interim Storage Design. This proposal will amend the market rules to integrate electricity storage resources into the IESO-administered markets for an interim period. The experience gained with storage resources in an interim period will be helpful in determining the changes to processes and tools required to fully integrate them into the IESO-administered markets.
Stakeholders can provide comments by emailing rule.amendments@ieso.ca by October 2nd. The amendment proposals are posted on the proposed market rule amendment web page.
