New price bias adjustment factors posted

The price bias adjustment factors used to calculate day-ahead and real-time intertie transaction failure charges have been updated and are now available on the Price Bias Adjustment Factor web page.
The new factors apply from June 2020 to November 2020. Failure charges are applied when market participants do not have bona fide and legitimate reasons for not successfully completing import or export transactions, either individually or as part of a linked wheel transaction.
