Agenda posted and registration open for June stakeholder engagement meetings
June 4, 2020
The agenda for the June 24-26 stakeholder engagement meetings is now available. Based on the survey feedback following the May meetings, the June sessions will take place over three days. This change will reduce the number of back-to-back meetings, extend the time available for breaks, and provide more opportunities for participant interaction.
Following opening remarks by Terry Young, IESO Vice President, Policy, Engagement and Innovation, day one will focus on the storage design project, and upcoming market rule changes to monitoring requirements. The second day will focus on forecasting and planning, including discussions of COVID-19 impacts on the system, the Q2 Reliability Outlook, and the revised demand outlook scenarios. The final day will be a half-day session to support stakeholders in their review of the four most recent market renewal detailed design documents, which were posted to the IESO website in May.
Attendees can participate in any or all of the sessions, and pre-registration is recommended. Registration and the agenda are available online. For questions, contact engagement@ieso.ca.
