Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

As part of its emergency preparedness procedures, the IESO is monitoring the steps it needs to take to maintain regular business operations during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. While provincial and federal health agencies still assess the risk to Canadians as low, the IESO is requesting that as a precaution, anyone who has visited an affected zone or is exhibiting flu-like symptoms refrain from visiting our facilities.
As of March 4, the list of affected zones as defined by the Public Health Agency of Canada’s travel health notices includes China, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, northern Italy, Singapore, and South Korea.
