Technical sessions MRP energy stream

Over the last few weeks, the IESO conducted technical sessions with stakeholders on market power mitigation and non-quick start resources to help inform the detailed design of the MRP energy stream.
Additional sessions will take place later this month to continue engagement on the detailed design: November 14 - Hydroelectric Dispatch Data (full day), November 15 - Linked Wheel Transactions (morning) and November 25 - Constraint Violations (full day). These technical sessions require stakeholders to review the reading material posted on the engagement webpage two weeks in advance of each session.
