A final Scoping Assessment Outcome Report for the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge Guelph (KWCG) area has been posted. Also available is the public feedback to the scoping assessment report and the IESO’s response.
The final scoping assessment report details the need for a more comprehensive integrated regional resource plan (IRRP) and includes the terms of reference for the IRRP and the requirements of the technical working group that will begin work on the 20-year electricity plan for the region.
The engagement webpage continues to be source of ongoing information related to the KWCG regional planning activities, including any upcoming engagement initiatives.
