Webinar: Outage Approval Criteria

The IESO will host a webinar on Thursday, March 22 from 10:00 am – 11:30 am to provide further updates on the Outage Approval Criteria engagement currently underway with market participants and other interested industry stakeholders.
In December 2017, the IESO presented a proposed plan for modifying the criteria for the manner in which outages are assessed. Stakeholder feedback was encouraged and received over the course of the last few months for which the IESO has posted responses to that feedback on the project’s webpage.
During the March 22 webinar, the IESO will provide a review of those responses as well as move to a discussion on the implementation plan, including details with respect to timelines for proposed market manual changes and in-market dates for which the changes will be live.
