Demand Response Auction update

With the IESO's second Demand Response Auction (DRA) scheduled to take place on December 7-8, all organizations who are interested in participating have been working to confirm their organization's status as a Demand Response Auction Participant (DRAP) so they are able to bid into this year's auction. The details of that authorization process, which includes a series of deadlines to help navigate through the registration tasks, are outlined in the DRA timelines which is located on the Demand Response Auction page.
Of particular note is the upcoming deadline for DRAPs to qualify their capacity which is Monday, October 31. For any questions on the DRA process, both for this year or beyond, please contact IESO Customer Relations or IESO Market Registration if you have already commenced the registration process.
