Foundation Project - Upcoming stakeholder session

The next meeting of the Foundation Project stakeholder engagement on May 20 will be an open session in which all stakeholders are welcome to participate. The Foundation Project seeks to enhance the value of electricity data in Ontario's central meter data repository and the IESO is seeking input from stakeholders on:
- Defining the information required to be associated with electricity consumption information (such as geo-location) to enable analysis of this information; and
- The development of rules and protocols for data access by third parties.
At the May 20 session, the IESO will provide a summary of discussions and feedback from the first Working Group session and will seek input from stakeholders on the key issues that have been identified related to data enhancement and third party access.
The meeting will be held in downtown Toronto with a webinar available as well. Stakeholders interested in participating in this session can register by contacting stakeholder.engagement@ieso.ca and indicating in-person or webinar attendance.
