The Constrained-Off Congestion Management Settlement Credits for Dispatchable Loads stakeholder initiative (SE-89)  will meet again to continue discussions on alternative solutions to the temporary suspension of payments. The meeting will be on September 29, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Etobicoke.

Interested parties are asked to confirm their attendance by sending an email to engagement@ieso.ca. Please indicate if you will be attending in-person or via teleconferencing.

An urgent market rule amendment (MR-00373-R00) has temporarily suspended CMSC payments for constrained-off dispatchable load facilities. The temporary suspension is in effect until March 31, 2011 or an alternate date determined by the IESO Board.
