The IESO is launching a project to replace the existing Meter Data Management System (MDMS) due to the current vendor discontinuing the product leveraged for meter data management. This project is essential to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of IESO’s settlement services, with goals to increase capacity and enhance service delivery. It is designed to have minimal impact on external stakeholders, with no anticipated changes to the data shared externally. Throughout the project’s lifecycle, stakeholders will be kept informed of key developments and progress through regular updates via the IESO Bulletin and targeted outreach efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment with IESO’s strategic objectives.
