The IESO is committed to treating all people in a way that respects their dignity and independence. The IESO believes in integration and equal opportunity for employees. The IESO is committed to meeting the needs of stakeholders with disabilities in a timely manner, and will do so by taking reasonable measures to prevent and remove barriers to accessibility and to meet the requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. As part of the IESO’s ongoing commitment to meet the needs of people with disabilities, the IESO is actively working to ensure that all information posted on its website is accessible to all Ontarians. As part of this effort, the IESO is updating and replacing documents on the site so that the information contained within them can be accessed using assistive devices or read by someone with a vision disability.
