The IESO is committed to treating all people in a way that respects their dignity and independence. The IESO believes in integration and equal opportunity for employees. The IESO is committed to meeting the needs of stakeholders with disabilities in a timely manner, and will do so by taking reasonable measures to prevent and remove barriers to accessibility and to meet the requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. A copy of the IESO's related policies and procedures are available upon request. The IESO's Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlines the specifics of the IESO's plans to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
As part of the IESO’s ongoing commitment to meet the needs of people with disabilities, the IESO will continue to ensure that all information posted to its website is accessible to all Ontarians. Documents posted to this website have been created or updated so that the information contained within them can be accessed using assistive devices or read by someone with a vision disability, and will be made available in additional formats upon request to customer.relations@ieso.ca.
