This engagement update provides a snapshot of all active IESO engagement activities and is updated on a monthly basis. It helps support a greater understanding of linkages between engagements, and a foundation for more comprehensive and integrated updates.
2021 in Focus - A Fireside Chat with Interim President and CEO Terry Young and Bruce Power Executive VP James Scongack. Terry Young will discuss the IESO's priorities for the year ahead.
The IESO will present key findings of the 2020 Annual Planning Outlook (APO), including highlighting new elements in this year’s APO as compared to the previous and discussing the rationale for these changes. During the Q & A portion of the session, stakeholders will have an opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
The IESO will present the Board-approved high-level Resource Adequacy framework, review stakeholder feedback received following the last meeting, and engage with stakeholders on how Ontario’s Resource Adequacy framework will be implemented by translating needs identified in planning documents into acquisition targets.
