Four times per year, the IESO runs the baseline process to revise market manuals, and related documents that change as a result of recently approved Market Rule amendments or technical system changes.
IESO Market Manuals and supporting documents available for review in this baseline are posted on the Pending Changes – Documents webpage.
Comments for Baseline 51.0 documents may be sent to Pending Changes by January 26. Details of the document changes can be viewed in the Baseline Plan.
