Preliminary Release Plan for Changes to the IESO's IT systems Posted for Review

The market-facing preliminary release plan has been posted under R50.0 of the IT Release Schedule. There are two changes included in this release:
- ID102324 – 2023 Capacity Auction Enhancements
- ID102401 – Update Retrofit Service Provider (REST API) Endpoints
