Target Release Plan for changes to IESO IT systems posted for review

The Target Release Plan is posted for review under Release 39.1 on the IT Release Schedule. Due to the need to schedule planned IESO maintenance activities, the Target Release Plan contains some changes from the preliminary plan for this release.

Items with modifications include:

  • Add new Purpose Code "Self-Bottling" to Outage Coordination and Scheduling System (OCSS) and
  • New location of the Hourly Demands, Hourly Zonal Demand and Hourly Nodal Prices Reports on the IESO Report Site.

The above will be implemented in Sandbox April 12, 2018, and in Production May 22, 2018.

Item added to this release include:

  • Introduction of new e-Tag ID Mandatory Window for Dispatch Data submission.
    Previously communicated as part of release 39.0. This change will be deployed ahead of other changes in this release.

The above will be implemented in Sandbox March 28, and in Production April 16, 2018.

Items deferred to a future release include:

  • OCSS - Final Approve in Advance Business Logic Change
  • Settlement and Foregone Energy Data Distribution Solution
