Posting of Draft Scoping Assessment and Terms of Reference for Windsor-Essex Region

A draft Scoping Assessment Outcome Report and Terms of Reference for the Windsor-Essex region Integrated Regional Resource Plan is now available for review and comment.
As mandated by the Ontario Energy Board, the IESO is required to work collaboratively with Local Distribution Companies and Transmitters to complete a Scoping Assessment Outcome Report as part of the regional planning process.
