Target Release Plan for IESO systems now available

The Target Release Plan for changes to IESO IT Systems, Release 34.1, is now available.
Changes to this Release Plan include:
- Facility & Equipment Registration will be added to Online IESO. This will enable market participants to submit their facility and equipment data.
- Several changes related to the Demand Response Auction have been added for deployment in this release.
