New Price Bias Adjustment Factors Posted for Period between December 2026 to May 2027

The price bias adjustment factors used to calculate real-time intertie transaction failure charges have been updated and are available on the Settlements web page. The new factors apply from December 2026 to May 2027. Failure charges are applied when market participants do not have bona fide and legitimate reasons for not successfully completing import or export transactions.
