Identifying Electricity Needs and Options for the London Area

Regional electricity planning for the London Area has its next milestone, and a webinar is scheduled for October 2 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. where the IESO will share the identified electricity needs and the screening of potential options being considered to address those needs.
As part of regional planning, the IESO evaluates a range of potential solutions, including physical infrastructure investments and non-wires alternatives, to determine the most effective and cost-efficient approach to ensure reliability and meet the region's long-term electricity needs. Participants will gain insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the region's electricity future and provide feedback on the options being considered.
