Enforcement Modernization – Response to Feedback Posted

The IESO’s Market Assessment and Compliance Division hosted a webinar on May 22 to share proposed design changes to its enforcement processes, that will ultimately be captured in the Market Rules and solicit feedback on the proposed design from stakeholders. The written feedback received along with the IESO Response to Feedback has been posted on the engagement page.
