Planned Upgrade to Temporarily Affect IESO Reports Site Availability

On July 16, all Pre-dispatch and Real-time reports published to the IESO Reports site will not be generated from 9 to 10 a.m. EST (10 to 11 a.m. EPT). This brief interruption is necessary to upgrade the IESO Report site and ensure alignment with our current enterprise standards for security, supportability, and performance. The market data and power data on the IESO’s website will also be paused at this time. During the work window, users can still log in to the IESO Reports site to download older reports. All other IESO systems will continue to be available during this time.
Once the upgrade is complete, regular publishing of data and reports will resume with the next version of hourly and five-minute reports displaying a complete set of interval data that was captured from the IESO’s market calculation engines. Reports that could not be generated during the work window will not be published.
