Indigenous Energy Support Program 2026 Application Intake Window Now Open

The Indigenous Energy Support Program (IESP) application intake window is now open to all First Nation and Métis communities and organizations.
The IESP provides up to $25 million annually for projects that help build Indigenous energy knowledge, skills and expertise; harness economic development opportunities; strengthen long-term energy security and resilience; and facilitate Indigenous participation in major energy projects across the province.
Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Oct. 2.
