Update: Day-Ahead Market Initializing Conditions for Non-Quick Start Resources

Updates to Market Manual 4.2 – Operation of the Day-Ahead Market will be published on June 16. These updates are related to revisions to the Day-Ahead Market initialization logic assumptions to better reflect resource status and availability.
This update was recently discussed during a Public Information Session and processed through the IESO's Change Management process via Baseline 55.1.
This is a continuation of the update shared in last week’s Bulletin.
