IESO Invites Comments on an Exemption to the Market Rules

York Energy Centre Limited Partnership has requested an exemption to Market Rules Chapter 7, s.3.5.29.2. The exemption would allow York Energy Centre Limited Partnership to offer 30-minute operating reserve.
The exemption application and the IESO’s recommendation are posted for third-party comment. Comments may be sent to exemptions@ieso.ca by April 30.
