IESO Determination on Exemption Transfers

The IESO has approved the transfer of two exemptions. Exemption 1249 was transferred from Ontario Power Generation Inc. to Kinectrics Kipling Inc. in respect of the Kipling Complex site.
In addition, Exemption 1349 was transferred from Gemini SFR Power Corporation to OPGC SRF Power Corporation for the Smooth Rock Falls Hydro GS assets. These transfers do not alter the terms or conditions of the exemptions.
