Updated MACD Compliance Monitoring Plan Posted

The 2025 Market Assessment and Compliance Division (MACD) Compliance Monitoring Plan identifies the priority areas on which MACD will focus on in 2025 as it monitors compliance with reliability standards. It also provides insights into the discovery methods that MACD will use to assess market participants’ compliance with these reliability standards.
This plan is addressed at all market participants with facilities registered with the IESO that meet the applicability criteria set out in Market Manual 11, Reliability Compliance, Part 11.1 Applicability Criteria for Compliance with NERC Reliability Standards and NPCC Criteria.
The 2025 MACD Compliance Monitoring Plan has been posted on the Ontario Reliability Compliance Program webpage.
