Registration Open for Upcoming Transmitter Selection Framework Engagement Session

The IESO will host another Focused Engagement Session at 10 a.m. on March 27, 2024 to support the development of the Transmitter Selection Framework and the Summer 2024 report-back to the Minister of Energy.
This session welcomes participation from all interested First Nations and Métis communities, as well as stakeholders. This session aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the IESO's Transmission Planning process. Additionally, the session will cover the preliminary technical considerations for determining whether or not the contract for new transmission line projects goes through the competitive procurement process.
