2023 Capacity Auction Participant Authorization and Capacity Qualification Reminder

The 2023 Capacity Auction is scheduled for November 29-30, 2023. For organizations interested in participating in the 2023 Capacity Auction, please note the following upcoming deadlines:
- September 25, 2023: Deadline to complete the one-time Capacity Auction Participant (CAP) authorization process
- September 29, 2023: Deadline to complete the newly introduced Capacity Qualification process via Online IESO
Once the request submission window has closed, the IESO will assess all capacity qualification submissions and release assessment results on October 23, 2023.
