2023 Capacity Auction Authorization and Capacity Qualification Reminder

A reminder that organizations interested in participating in the 2023 Capacity Auction must complete the one-time Capacity Auction Participant (CAP) authorization process no later than September 25, 2023. Once completed, organizations do not need to authorize again for subsequent Capacity Auctions.
Additionally, CAPs who have not yet completed the newly-introduced capacity qualification process via Online IESO, must do so by September 29, 2023 in order to submit offers into this year’s auction, scheduled for November 29-30.
