First Nations Energy Symposium Focuses on Finding Solutions to Energy Challenges

After two years of virtual events, nearly 200 attendees travelled to Toronto for the IESO's First Nations Energy Symposium - a forum for learning, engagement and celebration of energy-related success stories from First Nation communities and organizations across Ontario. Sessions touched on a broad range of topics, including the role of women and youth in driving energy-related projects, energy efficiency programs for First Nation customers and communities, effective project management, community engagement practices, and building community capacity through certification and training.
