Publication of Baseline 47.0

Baseline 47.0 has been published. The changes in this baseline were communicated through the plan and review process, with revisions to market manuals and supporting documents. These are available on the Market Rules and Manuals Library and Technical Interfaces web pages. Changes include:
- IMDC-74 CMSC - Recovery from Electricity Storage Facilities, which was a result of market rule amendments (MR-00449-R01 Omnibus 2021 and MR-00446), was incorporated into Market Manual 5.5 Physical Markets Settlement Statements
All document changes can be found in the Guide to Documents Published in Baseline 47.0. The baseline is a formal process to revise market manuals and related documents that result from recently approved market rule amendments or technical system changes.
