Technical Panel Market Rule Amendment Determinations

The Technical Panel is requesting feedback on market rule amendment proposals: MR-00450, MR-00451, MR-00453, MR-00461 – Market Renewal Program: Market Entry and Prudential Security. These proposals amend the market rules to codify the market entry and prudential security changes as part of Batch 1 of the Market Renewal Program. Stakeholders can email their comments to rule.amendments@ieso.ca by April 6. The amendment proposals are posted on the proposed market rule amendment webpage.
Additionally, the Technical Panel voted to recommend Market Rule Amendment Proposal MR-00448-R00 – Options to Address Uninsured Liability Risk to the IESO Board for consideration. The amendment proposal and memo is available on the Technical Panel website.
