New Price Bias Adjustment Factors Posted for Period Between December 2020 and May 2021

The price bias adjustment factors used to calculate day-ahead and real-time intertie transaction failure charges have been updated and are available on the Settlements web page. The new factors apply from December 2020 and May 2021. Failure charges are applied when market participants do not have bona fide and legitimate reasons for not successfully completing import, or export transactions either individually or as part of a linked wheel transaction.
