Global Adjustment explained for Class A and B customers

As announced on May 1, the Ontario government is providing temporary immediate relief to companies on their electricity bills by deferring a portion of Global Adjustment (GA) charges for customers that do not participate in the Regulated Price Plan (RPP).
Class A electricity customers that are invoiced by the IESO will automatically see this relief reflected on their bills starting on May 14. An updated reference guide on the GA deferral is online.
