Baseline 39.0 now published

Baseline 39.0 has been published. The changes in this baseline were communicated through the plan and review process, as well as revisions to market manuals and supporting documents. These are available on the Market Rules and Manuals Library and Technical Interfaces web pages, respectively.
All document changes can be found in the Guide to Documents Published in Baseline 39.0. The baseline is a formal process to revise market manuals and related documents that result from recently approved market rule amendments or technical system changes.
The IESO thanks all stakeholders who provided feedback into the Baseline process.
