Agenda now available for the IESO's Northeast Regional Electricity Forum
October 26, 2017
The IESO is hosting the second in a series of five regional electricity forums throughout Ontario on Thursday November 9. The Northeast Ontario Regional Electricity Forum taking place in Sudbury is a full-day event that will feature keynote speakers, updates on provincial energy topics, a panel discussion on electricity themes in the region, as well as a spotlight on local innovation projects. To learn more, view the Agenda.
The regional forums support the IESO’s ongoing efforts to gain local perspectives and to collaborate with communities and consumers on provincial, regional and local electricity needs. At the forums you will hear directly from local and provincial subject matter experts about the changes occurring across the sector and how communities are playing an increasingly important and dynamic role in the province’s electricity system.
There is no fee to attend the session, however advanced registration is required. Register here or visit the Regional Electricity Forum webpage for more information.
We also invite you to join us at the other upcoming regional sessions:
- East Ontario - Ottawa - November 16
- Southwest Ontario - London - November 23
- GTA and Central Ontario - Vaughan - December 11
