Final reminder for changes to IESO IT systems for MIM IDK

This is the final reminder to market participants using API accounts to submit energy bids, offers, and schedules that the Production version of the Market Information Management (MIM) IDK will be decommissioned on September 13. The MIM API will be available via the API web services introduced last summer. More information can be found in the Quick Reference Guide to MIM API Web Services.
