Changes to Peak Demand Hours and Adequacy Report effective February 23

The IESO will implement changes to the Adequacy Report and the use of Peak Demand in pre-dispatch scheduling on February 23.
Taking stakeholder input into consideration, the changes mean that the IESO will now determine which hours to use in the peak demand forecast in pre-dispatch scheduling timeframe on a dynamic basis. New information regarding IESO’s regulation requirement, and wind and solar forecast publishing logic will also be added in the new Adequacy Report on February 23.
