IESO Fiscal Year 2016 Revenue Requirement, Expenditure and Fees Submission – OEB Notice of Hearing

The Ontario Energy Board ("OEB") has issued its Notice of Hearing for the Independent Electricity System Operator's ("IESO") application for approval of its 2016 revenue requirement, expenditure and fees. This is the IESO's first application since its merger with the Ontario Power Authority.
Those wishing to participate in this proceeding (EB-2015-0275) may do so by sending a letter to the OEB with comments, which will be considered during the hearing, or becoming an active participant (called an intervenor). Instructions and timelines on how to participate are established by the OEB and outlined in the Notice.
