Interim Market Document Change and HST Treatment for Ontario Electricity Support Program posted for review

There are two Interim Market Document Changes (IMDC) posted for stakeholder review that will accommodate the Ontario Electricity Support Program which commenced on January 1, 2016.
IMDC - 24 and IMDC - 25 define the correct HST treatment for charge type 1470 "Ontario Electricity Support Program Balancing Amount" to settle the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP). CT 1470 is subjected to HST treatment. This information is being added to IESO Charge Types and Equations (IMDC-24) and HST Guide for IESO transaction (IMDC-25).
