The IESO is seeking stakeholder comment as it begins a review of the Global Adjustment (GA) under the stakeholder engagement initiative, SE-106 GA Review. This review is in response to a recommendation included in the 2011 Market Forum Report.The purpose of this initiative is to ensure that the approach and analysis in this review meet the objectives of this recommendation.

As a first step, interested parties are invited to provide comments on the Stakeholder Engagement Plan by November 23, 2012. A stakeholder meeting to discuss the study parameters and approach for the GA Review will be held on December 11, 2012 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Toronto airport area.
